2 Great Rides

Well, we got out Saturday and rode the Cunningham trail in Queens.....me, Chris, and Paul. We tripled up the front side and got 12 miles out of it. Fast and twisty. I rode the Rocky SS 29er. Super. Then Sunday at Blue Mountain in Peekskill with Paul, Jay, Brett, and Jockamo. Crushing Monster out and back and then My Favorite Trail at the end. The new Lefty on the Ventana has transformed the bike into a rock and bump eating machine. Wow, I feel old and creaky today. Can't wait to do it again!

2010 - First MTB Ride

Yep.....We rolled out to Glacier Ridge on LI and it was 75 degrees in mid-March. Who woulda thought? Super start to a great season of big wheels rollin...

Dumps Trump

That's an old saying that The Sos and I came up with. After our big storm of the year..Snowmeggadon or whatever they called it..our local mountains in the Catskills got over 60 inches of snow in 5 days. This pic is near the end of the storm at Windham. How bout' that roofcake on the cabin! And yes, those waffles are delicious!

Snow Riding......

OK, so it's obvious that I haven't posted since the last mtb rides of 2009. I know...lame. There was quite a bit of snowboarding that went down from Vail(CO) to Magic (VT) to Windham (NY) and there are a few pics that need to go up..... Here's a start from the back bowls at Vail.
